Daughter finds hidden camera in bathroom

Multiple hidden cameras have been found in Starbucks bathrooms across the United States.  A father in Washington sues stars after his 5 year old daughter discovered a hidden camera in the unisex bathroom.

I have two questions.

1.)  Do you think Starbucks be held accountable for this?
