 My stomach tightens, I feel a quick rush from the turbulence followed by a powerful thud as the we land on Canadian soil. Here we go again I thought, another city I’ve never been to, another city where I won’t know a single soul….. except Ryan. Ryan is an executive dating coach for Real Social Dynamics. He gets paid to travel around the world and teach guys how to socialize with women, [...]  Took the Red Eye over Thursday night, long flight, but finally made it to Canada the next day. Ryan joined me at the airport in Montreal, took a cab over and got settled in. Met up with some friends that night and we tore it up all weekend. Went to a club called Radio Lounge, KoKo, Gogo, SoSo, Bobo, and whatever, I don’t remember all of the names. We stayed and Sabastian and Chris’s house [...]  Crawled out of bed and the 4 of us went to the water park there. It was fun when you actually got to go on the slides and stuff, but most of the time you are just waiting in line or walking to a new attraction. I had a lot more fun at the tiny water park we went to in Sweden, there were only like 5 slides but never a line and the toliet [...]  Met up with Anna, and old friend from from Marble Falls, Texas. We checked out the new Johnny Depp movie “Public Enemy #1″ which kind of sucked. It was based on a true story which made it boring and the plot line just wasn’t as interesting as it could of been if it was made up. Disappointed in your Johnny!! Met up with the friends at a Chicago Style brewery, then Hooters, and Anna fell [...]  Rain flooded the fields so we were unable to play the playoffs today, therefore we were declared Champions because we were the only undefeated team in round robin play. Just goes to show that NABA is probably not the best league to play tournies in. Atleast we had our entry fee taken care of. So we went downtown that night and got a couple of bottles at a club that closed way too early. I [...]  So overall Cancun was… well lets say i’ve had more fun in other places I went. I made the best of it, went to the beaches, night clubs and met some cool people, but dude… you can’t relax when just walking around, everyone tries to get you into their restraunt, shops, clubs, bars, massage shops, travel agencies and they all try to rip you off. When trying to bar hop, you have people constantly bothering [...]  Erika finally arrived and we went down to the hotel our new friends were staying at and hung out at the beach until the sun went down. That night we went to a huge night club and paid for the open bar. Chelsea and Erika met these young guys that said they were the richest family in mexico and owned a lot of hotels and stuff. Anyway, they seemed chill so we went to their [...]  Finally found the beach and hung out there with my toes in the sand and some dos XX’s to top it off. From there it was nap time and then went out to Senior Frogs and met some cool people. The night was supposed to end early because Erika was arriving here in the morning, but we ended up at Daddyos for the after party til it closed around 4am or so. So today, Erika [...]  Crazyness on our last flight from Atlanta to Cancun. So we have a 3 hour layout in Atlanta and we get to gate E31 at 7am, flight leaving at 9:45am. So after a long wait, flight was delayed til 10:10am and finally started boarding at 9:50am, we get to the final checkpoint before we walk on the plane and the ticket checker says this isn’t the right flight!!! Holy Balls, our ticket has the gate [...] |
